Sales conditions

  • the purchase of products on our site can only be made by those who are over 18 years of age;
  • the purchase of products on our site can take place with or without registration to the site itself;
  • registration on the site is free;
  • the customer guarantees that the personal data provided during the registration on the site are complete and truthful;
  • the site is reserved for retail sale. Purchases by resellers, wholesalers or generally third parties wishing to purchase the products for resale are not allowed;
  • in case of violation of the above, we reserve the right to take all necessary actions to stop irregularities, including any suspension of access to the site.

 

How to place an order
  • Choose the size and the ring you want to buy by clicking the Buy button. You can also choose to increase the quantity by typing the quantity number aside.
  • Once the cart is complete, click the Complete order button.
  • Enter all the billing information you are asked for.
  • Click on Create an account and enter a password if you wish to register on our site, otherwise you will complete the order without creating an account.
  • If the shipping address is different from the billing address click on Send to a different address and enter the new data
  • You can add optional notes to the order.
  • Finally, select the payment method.
  • Once the order has been placed, you will be redirected to the Paypal page if you have chosen to pay by credit card. Or make the transfer, once you have entered your details you will have our bank details.
  • A summary email of the details of the order will be sent to the address you have indicated.

 

Terms of payment

  • Paypal and credit card
    Our site allows you to make payments through a PayPal account or by credit card without the credit card number being disclosed, as all the transaction takes place directly on the PayPal site, through SSL encrypted connection.
    Transition costs are governed by contractual agreements with the credit card issuer.

 

  • Transfer
    It is one of the most used means, generally it takes 3-4 working days for the payment to arrive.
    The information on the bank details on which to make the payment will be provided by us directly by e-mail when the transaction is closed. The order will be processed when we will display the credit of the sum on our current account.

Shipping and delivery costs

  • The cost of shipping is 15€ for International countries while they are free for the Nation (Italy). Shipments are made by express courier.
  • With orders over 500€ shipping costs are free.
  • Our delivery times are 5-7 working days in Italy, while for foreign countries 10-12 working days,
    In case of longer times, we will contact you and let you decide how to proceed.
